This was the first assessment since obtaining ISO9001 certification 12 months previously.  The assessment, I’m pleased to say went extremely well and our assessor, Stephen went about his work in a calm, professional manner.  He understood the needs of the business whilst assessing us against the standard.  As we move forward and introduce more ISO standards into our business I would certainly involve Independent European Certification for future assessments.  A professional and pain free process.
